I use my training as a Spiritual Minister, Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner to guide and support your healing.
I will hold a loving non-judgmental space for you to heal and let go of all that is blocking the awareness of the present peace already within you. We will explore Somatic practices, intuitive movement, and self expression, to embody the Self and heal any dense energies or stuck trauma. We use the power of grounding and mindful awareness to become awake to all that wants to be heard and released. I will always hold the Light of Truth and Love for you. |
